Adult Thereapy
Supportive adult and couples therapy to navigate life transitions, communication challenges, anxiety, depression, and relationship stress in a safe, non-judgmental setting.
Adult Therapy
Individual & Couples Therapy
Adults and couples seeking therapy are usually at an impasse or transition in their lives or close relationships. Adults enter into a therapeutic relationship seeking a safe place to express themselves in a non-judgmental environment. We work on finding clarity about what brought you to the impasse and discover what direction you want to move.
One of the biggest challenges most adults face is the ability to communicate clearly and without fear of judgement. We tend to impose limiting beliefs on ourselves and create stories that justify our actions. We will work together to separate the false reality we create through our stories and begin operating from your actual reality.
Our Approach
Therapy is collaborative and paced with care. Some clients come seeking immediate relief from distress. Others desire deeper personal growth and long-term relational change. Together, we determine a path that feels grounded, realistic, and sustainable.
A strong therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful progress. My role is to provide a steady, supportive presence while also offering insight and practical tools to help you move forward.

Relationships can feel fragile when communication breaks down or trust has been damaged. Couples often seek counseling when conflict becomes repetitive, distance grows, or betrayal has created deep hurt.
Couples therapy provides a structured and supportive environment to:
Improve communication
Address unresolved conflict
Process infidelity or betrayal trauma
Rebuild trust
Strengthen emotional connection
The goal is not simply to reduce arguments, but to create new relational patterns rooted in understanding, accountability, and safety.

Individual therapy offers space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without pressure or judgment. Many adults carry internal narratives that once served as protection but now contribute to anxiety, depression, or relational strain.
In therapy, we gently examine those patterns and work toward:
Increased emotional awareness
Healthier coping strategies
Stronger boundaries
Greater confidence and self-understanding
Freedom from limiting beliefs
Whether you are navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, or chronic stress, therapy can help you respond to life with steadiness and intention.
