Fees & Policies
Service Fees
We encourage you to set up a free brief phone consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your needs, answer any initial questions, and determine whether we are a good fit for you or your child. This conversation also allows you to better understand the therapeutic process and what to expect moving forward.
Fees and length of sessions are discussed during the consultation so that you have clear and transparent information before scheduling your first appointment. My goal is to ensure there are no surprises and that you feel comfortable with the investment in your care.
Insurance
At this time, we don’t accept any forms of insurance. However, upon request, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt (also known as a superbill) for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Because insurance plans vary, we encourage you to contact your provider directly to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible requirements, and reimbursement rates.
Cancellation Policy
A confirmation of your appointment is sent via text the day before your appointment. Cancellations must be made by phone, text or email at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please make sure you confirm receipt of the cancellation or there will be a $250 charge for appointments cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours notice. Clients are responsible to pay the balance before they can schedule their next appointment.
Methods of Payment
We use an app called Ivy Pay for payment (more details provided when the first appointment is schedule). Ivy Pay allows for simple, confidential electronic payment processing.
We also accept cash and checks.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed in advance.
